We understand how important it is for you to receive your goods promptly and safely. At Off Your Rocker, our priority is to serve your needs in the manner you request. In order to serve you better, we would like to explain our shipping policies. Currently we only ship within Canada.

Ground Shipping Only
We ship via CanadaPost. Upon receipt of payment, your order will ship within 7 days maximum. Orders being shipped by ground usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks of being processed, but may require longer to reach some locations. We cannot be held responsible for delays imposed by Customs, nor are we responsible for any cross-border duties.

Tracking
Once your order is processed, you will be emailed with a Canada Post tracking number. This tracking number will allow you to check the progress of your purchase via the Canada Post website..

Ship Addresses
All addresses must be confirmed prior to shipment. We will email you to confirm.


Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt. Simply contact us by e-mail for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please be sure to provide your name, order number, order date, what you would like to return, your telephone number, and a detailed reason for return.

Please note the following terms:

1. You must first e-mail us from our store to obtain RMA #.

2. The products and packaging must be returned in new, resalable condition.

3. Products must be repacked as originally received with all original packing materials.

4. Return shipping expense will be paid by you.

8. Returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of your delivery date.

9. Please insure the return package and obtain some kind of tracking number and/or delivery confirmation – it is your responsibility to make sure we get it back.

10. Shortly after you obtain your RMA number, you will be instructed where to return product to.

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise meeting the terms above, within 60 days we will issue a credit to your charge account or a refund in the same form as was originally paid.
